2.SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is InPink.com (“Sponsor”), 1311 63rd Street, Emeryville, CA 94608.

3.The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of communications from Sponsor.

4.SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am PST on July 26th, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PST on August 1st, 2012 (“End Date”).

5. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 50 United States of America or the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older as of their time of entry.

6.PRIZES: One $50 gift certificate to INPINK.com will go to one winner. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed.

7.ODDS: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

8.WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be determined by a computerized random selection conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries. All results of the selections are final and binding, subject to these Official Rules. Prizes may not be exchanged. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of prizes permitted. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

9.NOTICE TO WINNERS: Winners will be notified via Facebook and the prize will be emailed to the provided email address within thirty (30) days of the computerized random selection. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, late or misdirected mail or delivery or communication problems of any kind.

10.Entries not in compliance with these Official Rules are disqualified. Sponsor shall have the absolute right to determine if an entry is in compliance with these official rules without notice to the person attempting to enter. Sponsors have made no warranty or guarantee in whole or in part, express or implied, in fact or in law, in relation to the use of any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or suitability for use.

11.By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes. Each participant agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Organizer.

12.By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, image and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
