We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards as well as InPink Gift Cards. You may use multiple forms or payment at checkout.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS BACKORDERED?

When you place an order for an item it will indicate if that item is out of stock and when it is expected to ship. You can elect to have that item ship when it arrives, at no additional shipping fee, or remove that item from your shopping cart.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders placed by 2PM ET are shipped the same day. Your order status is located in your account. If your order is pending, or processing, you may email us or call to cancel.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will be charged at the time your order is placed.
