RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

INPINK guarantees customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied with the merchandise that you have purchased. If you do not love your purchase you may return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging and with all tags attached and intact. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration. Clearance, sale items, items with tags that have been removed or altered, and nail polish are not returnable or exchangeable.

Please follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

1. Circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
2. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice the item name, number and price that you want to exchange the merchandise for.
3. Make a copy of the invoice for your records.
4. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging with original tags attached and intact, and include your completed invoice. Include your gift box, and any free gift.  (NOTE: Do NOT use a padded envelope for returns as the merchandise is not protected and INPINK will not accept the exchange.)

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, gift card, promotional card/code).

If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your return(s) drop the total of your order below the threshold that gave you free shipping, we will deduct an additional $6.95 from your return to cover the shipping cost for your original order.

If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the free gift threshold, we ask that you return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, we will charge you the value of the gift, which is stated on our free gift offer.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DEFECTIVE?

INPINK guarantees customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied with the merchandise that you have purchased. If for any reason your merchandise arrives damaged please follow the instructions below. The damaged merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and intact, for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The merchandise must not show signs of excessive wear or alteration.
