HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
INPINK guarantees customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely happy with the merchandise that you have purchased. If you do not love your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging and with all tags attached and intact. In order to receive a refund, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear, or alteration. Nail polish is not returnable.
Please follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:
1. On the bottom of your invoice, check the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
2. Make a copy of the invoice for your records.
3. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging with original tags attached and intact, and include your completed invoice. Include your gift box, and any free gift. (NOTE: Do NOT use a padded envelope for returns as the merchandise is not protected and INPINK will not accept the exchange.)

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, gift card, promotional code).
If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your return(s) drop the total of your order below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct $6.95 from your return to cover the shipping cost for your original order.
If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the free gift threshold, we ask that you return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, we will charge you the value of the gift, as is stated on our free gift offer.
