WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal as well as INPINK Gift Cards. You may use multiple forms or payment at checkout.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received.

HOW MANY GIFT BOXES WILL MY ORDER INCLUDE? 

INPINK orders totaling $30 or more (after any promotions or discounts) include ONE free gift box! If you would like to order additional gift boxes, please click here and select your preferred size.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders placed by 11 a.m. PST Mon-Fri are shipped the same day. You may call us at 1-888-771-7465 to cancel your order if shipment is not yet confirmed. You can find your order status in two ways.

  1. If you have a customer account, you may log in by clicking the  icon in the top right corner.  Once you log in you can select the desired order to view the order status and details.
  2. If you do not believe you have received your shipment confirmation email, locate your original order confirmation email.  From this email, click 'View Order.' If your status is 'Your Order Has Been Confirmed,' then your order has not yet shipped and may be cancelled.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If you do not love your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.  In order for your return to be accepted, the merchandise must be unworn and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

    1. On the bottom of your invoice, check the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice. 
    2. Make a copy of the invoice for your records. 
    3. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging with original tags attached and intact, and include your completed invoice. Include your gift box, and any free gift.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, gift card, promotional code).

If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your return(s) drop the total of your order below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
