Toiné Houston is a Chicago-born hip-hop soul artist, spoken word performer, and actress known for her emotionally charged lyricism and genre-bending sound. Her work has been featured on Netflix’s She’s Gotta Have It and TVOne’s Verses and Flow, where she earned the nickname “the Jay-Z of poetry.” Beyond music, Toiné is a Principal User Experience Architect and the founder of the STEM-focused podcast The Experience (W)rap-Up, bridging the worlds of creativity and technology.
